1. About Reimagix

Reimagix is a marketing asset generation platform that allows users to upload product images and automatically generate branded ad creatives using professionally designed layouts. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reimagix website and services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use Reimagix.

4. Credits and Subscriptions

Reimagix operates on a credit-based system. Each render consumes credits from your account balance. Purchased credit packs do not expire. Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Reimagix only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable material
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the rendering engine or templates
• Use automated scripts to access the service without prior written consent
• Resell or redistribute generated assets as a competing template or asset generation service

6. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain all rights to the product images you upload and the marketing assets generated from them. Reimagix does not claim ownership of your content.

Our platform: The Reimagix platform, including its layouts, rendering engine, interface design, branding, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Reimagix and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. All prices are listed in USD. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue that prevents successful rendering, contact our support team and we will either re-process the render or refund the credits used.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your uploaded assets and generated content may be permanently deleted after a 30-day retention period.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Reimagix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the service or the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content generated through it.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reimagix and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
