How Reimagix protects your data.
All payments are processed by Polar, a PCI-compliant payment provider. We never store credit card numbers, CVVs, or billing addresses on our servers. Your payment information goes directly to Polar's secure infrastructure.
All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS). We cannot see or recover your password.
Your product images, brand kits, and generated assets are stored in isolated, per-account storage. Other users cannot access your files. Every file operation verifies account ownership before granting access.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data (images, brand kits, renders, billing records) at any time from your billing settings. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Active subscriptions are automatically canceled.
